Dru - inner journey teacher

My name is Dru, and I'm of Anglo-Irish descent. For 21 years I was a monk in a silent monastic Order (Trappists). In the monastery, among many other things over the years, I served as forester and led meditation weekends for guests. In 2011, after a lucid dream, I left the quiet of the monastic enclosure and re-entered a very different world to the one I had left, training to become a meditation teacher and inner journey guide. Currently I teach online on a 1:1 basis, and regularly hold workshops in a few countries around Europe. The workshops include an introduction to quiet meditation, a discussion on the meaning of practice, silent walking in the forest, and inner journeying accompanied by the deep and mellow tones of my drum.
